We will not leave messages on your phone if you do not answer, other than to say that someone from the clinic has tried to contact you.
We will not process any Medicare payments on your behalf, if you prefer not to use Medicare.
We will never speak with anyone, other than you personally, regarding your attendance or follow up at our clinic.
The Australian Department of Health and Ageing, will set up your Personal Controlled Electronic Health Record (PCEHR). You can choose what information, on your health record, can be shared between health professionals. If you would like us to upload an event summary or shared summary, when you attend our clinic, we can. We will only do this at your request, and will not upload information without your permission.
